He was a New Home Sales Specialist for a leading Twin Cities builder prior to affiliating himself and Fiorella Group with RE/MAX in late 2002. Steve specializes in working with both sellers and buyers and developing the overall strategy and vision for Fiorella Group. Realizing that there were not enough hours in the day to do it alone, he knew that building a successful team of like-minded people would allow everyone to achieve great things for our clients and influence positive changes within the industry. Steve believes that continuing education is paramount to success. That being said, Steve is the only Realtor in Minnesota to currently hold the ABR, CDPE, CRS, CSP, e-PRO, and GRI designations.

She brought her corporate knowledge from the last 20 years in Business Operations, Sales and Merchandising to not only assist in the daily operations of Fiorella Group but also created Fiorella Staging Concepts. Denise has earned her Accredited Staging Professional designation (ASP), and focuses one on one with clients to professionally Stage their homes. She graduated from the University Of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Retail Merchandising. When not Staging homes and buying props you’ll find her doing her number one thing - hanging out with her family, preferably in a warm climate at a beach.
